Movie Plot : When the partner of agent Max Zanders is killed during an attack of the Russian mafia, he decides to take the right in his own hands. By day he works as an agent for the World Intelligence Police Agency, but at night he crawls in the skin of the masked avenger, "the clown". He declares war to the underworld, which tries to take over the power in Düsseldorf. Suddenly gangster operations go up in flames and crime money goes to charitable institutions. And his visiting card always appears: a smirking clownsmask.
