Movie Plot : Rachel has moved with her son Aidan to Asheville and works at the local newspaper. In the archives Rachel discovers a murder case and it seem to Rachel that it has something to do with the mysterious videotape. Then Aidan is admitted in the hospital: unconsciously, supercooled and full of blue spots. Rachel thinks this is the work of Samara Morgan and she returns to Seattle to dig deeper in her past.

Movie Plot : Josh (Tom Hanks) makes, at a machine on a carnival, a wish to be older. When he gets awake the next morning, it proves that his wish came true. He has a body of someone of thirty but on the inside, he still is twelve. Now he has to learn to live as somebody of thirty years old because the carnival has left. He therefore has to fulfil an ordinary function in society until he has found the machine to undo his wish.
