Movie Plot : Edward Espe Brown is philosopher, Zen-teacher but also master cook and writer of the Tassajara cookery books. Director Doris Dörrie follows him at readings, in the kitchen and at cooking lessons. “How to cook your life” is another look on the different forms of cooking and its ingredients, and thereby creating wisdom.
