Movie Plot : After 5 billion people are wiped out in 1996 because of a virus, mankind in 2035 is all living underground (or what is left of it). The convicted James Cole (Bruce Willis) is send back in time to investigate the virus, so people can find a cure for the virus. Movie Plot : The widower Baron Von Trapp (Christopher Plummer) with discipline takes care of his family close to Salzburg. This however changes when the nanny Maria (Julie Andrews), who has failed as a nun, arrives. She dances through the hills and inspires everyone to sing and to see beauty in the smallest things. When the Baron organizes a party to introduce his new fiancée, Maria knows for sure: a life as a nun is nothing for her. She marries with the baron, but when the German oppressor wants the baron back in military service, their luck is in danger.
