Movie Plot : Paulie, an intelligent and talking parrot, tells his life story to a Russian immigrant who is operative in the research center where he is accommodated. He tells about the stuttering girl who got him as a gift, and who he learned to talk correctly. He was however taken away from the girl by the father. Through a storekeeper, an old widow and a Mexican he arrived eventually where he is now.
