Movie Plot : Two Czech gangsters are committing some terrible murders in New York, which they tape with a video camera. Because they commit arson at their first victim, well-respected fire brigade inspector Jordy Warsaw (Edward Burns) investigates the crimes. When it appears that the burned victims were killed, the media-eager detective Eddie Flemming (Robert De Niro) also joins the case. Together with Warsaw, Flemming goes after the psychopaths. The two Czechs in the meantime understood that, when they deliver their murder tape to the press, they will become famous.

Movie Plot : A family is ripped apart in this disconcert drama. Danny Vinyard (Edward Furlong) is a teenager who is completely influenced by his older brother, the skinhead Derek (Edward Norton). Derek hates everybody who differs from him. When Danny writes an enthusiastic report about Hitler's "Mein Kampf" at school, the principal leaves Danny a choice. Or he writes a script about his brother Derek, or he is kicked from school. Derek's hatred against other races is a result of the killing of his father. He joins a gang and it is going from bad to worse with him. Derek raises his own gang and eventually ends up in jail for murder. Free again, Derek is changed and found inner peace. He realizes that he is betrayed by people of his own gang and is willing to teach some people a lesson, including his own little brother.

They don’t know however that these one just has gone bankrupt. Moreover, his daughter is the goddaughter of Paris (Avery Brooks), the boss of the 4 friends, who goes in search for the kidnappers. In the meantime, Keiko and Melvin become in love.
