Movie Plot : Matt (Steven Seagal) is a low corrupt, alcoholic police officer who made a lot of debts. One day he meets a mysterious man who offers him a lot of money offers in exchange for doing some 'jobs'. In the meantime, Matt fights against his alcohol problem and the love for his daughter helps him with that. But what does he have to do? Movie Plot : One of the consequences of the Vietnam War, were the children who were left behind at their Vietnamese girlfriends by the GI's.
