Movie Plot : A car mechanic from Hong Kong sells among other things sport cars. When a hitman, races hell as a racer, Chan Foh To (Jackie Chan) helps the police to arrest him. Only Chan is able to catch him by chasing him in wild pursuits through the streets of Hong Kong. The hitman however, is released by juristic technicality. He takes the little sisters of Chan hostage to force him to race against him in Japan. Chan knows to get a race car and fights for justice.
