Movie Plot : After a plane crash, Claire Summers (Anne Hathaway) is assigned to accompany the five survivors. Some of them claim that the accident has been caused by an explosion, but the airline company denies this. One of the survivors is Eric (Patrick Wilson); Claire discovers that she has special feelings for him. Just when their professional relation changes into a romance, the other survivors disappear and Claire realizes that Eric is her last hope.

Movie Plot : The lives of the 9 main characters in this movie resolve around weapon trade. Warren (Jeff Daniels) shoots the man with whom his wife has an affair down with the excuse that he thought he shot down a burglar, on which his wife leaves him. Her lawyer helps Helen (Joan Allen) getting a job at a disturbed computer geek who sometimes swings around his gun in the direction of Helen. Movie Plot : America, the 19th century. Robert Gould Shaw, the son of rich parents of Boston, just became 23 and is very idealistic when he joins the army.
