Movie Plot : In South Africa, Xan and his father Peter run into a young cheetah. They take the little one with them to their home and call it Duma. Pretty quickly Duma becomes a part of the family. When the animal is almost complete full-grown, Xan and Peter make up plans to bring him back to his natural habitat. But before they turn their plan into action, Peter al of a sudden becomes sick and Xan and his mother are moving to Johannesburg. Over here the cheetah escapes and is putting Xan's school upside down. To keep Duma in the wild, Xan decides to run with the animal. He still wants to bring Duma into his natural surrounding and this appears to be a bigger adventure than he thought.
