Movie Plot : After a nuclear war, a large part of the Earth has been destroyed and notings grows anymore. Kenshiro (Akira Kamiya) fight against injustice, but is betrayed by his best friend Shin (Toshio Furukawa) for a woman. He is left behind for dead in a ravine. The brother of Kenshiro, Raoh (Kenji Utsumi), takes over the title ‘Fist Of The North Star’ from him, but he is only after power. Kenshiro gets back stronger than ever, but is he equal to his big brother?
