Movie Plot : This year's bottom live 5 is a terrifying, brain shreddingly, rib-splintering, (technically illegal), insanely explosive live show. It's like full metal jacket meets apocalypse now ... in the toilet. Rik and Ade of course star as the criminally insane no-hopers Richie and Eddie, who plan to save the World (and possibly destroy it trying) from a conflict much bigger than a mere Gulf War; the fight between good and underpants. Eddie has invented a time travelling toilet to help them along the way, but he's not feeling himself. If only he wouldn't get locked in it... He has all the weaponry, but is too stupid to use it, whilist Richie thinks it's all a pleasant social event - he's quite looking forward to feeling the sand between his toes. Rik says, "You better bring some spare underwear! This time, it's death and destruction all the way. This is the big one." Movie Plot : Bottom Live 4 finds Rik Mayall and Adrian Edmondson bravely and boldly poking their dirty bites into the start of a new millenium, armed only with an endless stream of knobgags, gallons of banana and raisin ouzo and the funniest, most outrageous stage show ever invented! Filmed during the sell-out 2001 tour we find Richie and Eddie where we left them - stuck on a Pacific island and still the saddest pair of no-hope losers the world has known. Getting by on bone-crunching nastiness and violently successful accidents the hapless duo encounter an exploding parrot, experiment with chainsaw pant removal and indulge in about of enthusiastic pig worrying. It also looks like they manage to escape the island only for everything to become truly unhinged! Movie Plot : In the worst running hotel of England Ritchie Twat (Rick Mayall) and Eddie, or rather said Edward Elizabeth Ninglebubba (Adrian Edmondson) taking care of the daily (ab)normal course of events. Ritchie is the manager who doesn't do anything at all and Eddie is the one that doesn't have a function but does everything. Beside that there is also a cook and a missing (probably dead) helper. Sometimes they have guests, like a typical English family, a Diva who's had her days and a just married couple, but mostly the men themselves have problems with each other. This causes a lot of absurd and idiot situations, of which the guests cannot escape.
